Selangor Cyber Valley which is developed by the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is poised to be transformed into a smart, green and sustainable development valued at RM16.9 billion. Selangor Cyber Valley previously known as Selangor Science Park 2 (SSP2) was capable of becoming an integrated urban growth centre while retaining its harmonious, comfortable landscape and commercial value.

2,256 units of Selangorku houses will be provided. Selangor Cyber Valley, the eleventh urban centre built by PKNS, would be built on a 526ha site in the Sepang District and the development implementation is estimated to take 20 years.

The urban centre would be equipped with high-speed broadband service for commercial and residential use in line with its urban development concept which emphasizes on work-live-play.
